3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

acv67 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major local banks). Please ensure your payment account is registered in your own name.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. For a deposit of ৳32,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies, giving a total of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, applied to the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers apply only to users who make real deposits.
• Each person or household may claim each bonus offer only once.
• If bonus abuse (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting) is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• acv67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the account.

4.4 VIP Program

acv67's VIP program has four tiers. Tier progression is based on user activity:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

The details and specific conditions of VIP benefits may change, and all benefits for each tier are subject to acv67's discretion.

5.1 Gaming Services

acv67 offers a range of gaming services including slots, table games, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting. All games are operated under fair play principles and use internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.2 Betting Limits

acv67 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for various games. These limits may vary by game and are subject to change at any time. Betting limits are clearly displayed in each game's interface.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or other technical issue, acv67 reserves the right to make the final decision on the outcome of that game. Server logs will be treated as the authoritative record in such cases.
